EBO Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake)

Location: Very convenient as it is close to the central and hot spots in the city, the railway station is right next to the Hotel as well. Food: Excellent flavor, they offer Hang Zhou special dishes and they are all good. Room: Very modern room with lot of cool lights and space for storage. Lobby: there is a lounge for family activity, pin pong, and billard. Staff: very friendly, always smiles and accomodate the guest need, they really love our new born baby Cleanliness: Very modern and clean all time Streetfood location: surround the hotel are tons of restaurants and small shops which keep you entertained and full

Tidy and modern hotel with nice communal areas to hangout in. There's also a pool table and table tennis. Our room was comfy and clean with complimentary water and biscuits each day. Breakfast was good with a few options. Location was great with the metro just around the corner.

Great location (1-2 minutes walk to Fengqi Road Metro station, D3 exit). Only about 10 minutes walk to the Wulin night matket. Plenty of restaurant options within a few minutes walk. Good price, which, for us, also included a reasonably good breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and air conditioning was good. There was no room safe, but a small fridge was helpful. The hotel reception (level 5) had a billiards table and a ping pong table, which were welcome . On the same floor are 2 free washing machines and 2 dryers (drying takes 2-3 hours, though) for guests to use; you may have to wait your turn.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps from the metro station and within a pleasant walking distance to West Lake and other major attractions. The main bus stations serving destinations such as Longjing Village and the Six Harmonies Pagoda are also close by. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. The staff were very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! There are so many shops and food options nearby! Our kids were so excited! Our family really loved their breakfast options! The rooms we got were clean, compact, and modern! You need to press a button to close/open the curtain. :) There is a public washer and dryer at the hotel which is very important for family traveling with kids. Also, I was really happy to find out that our room did not have carpet! I think the hotel should include this in the description so that I can easily find hotels like this!
